Driver Bio - Adam Burrows

This will be Adam’s fourth season driving street stocks.

He has been home schooled since kindergarten and demonstrated early in life that he was a mechanical prodigy.  Farming became his avocation and by the age of 13 was spending long hours in the field and in the shop fixing farming equipment.

At the age of 17 he attended his first WISSOTA event and decided then and there that he had to be part of that action!

The following year he bought an old street stock, fixed it up and built his own engine.  He raced every race he could and learned a lot.

During the 2006 season he bought a newer car and used a professionally built engine.  He ended up 6th at Belgrade, 4th in state points and finished strong at the Fall Classic in Alexandria, MN.

Now 21 years old, Adam will be racing in his 4th season with the strongest car yet.  Watch for 18b and you may even see him perform one of his signature burnouts after winning a main event.
